Morning by morning new mercies I see

Above is the opening of the classic hymn Great is thy faithfulness. On this first day of February, I would like to extend you some assurances you have for 2021.

God is faithful.

That will not change because He does not change.

Every morning God shows us new mercy.

He has provided and will provide for your needs.

We are not sure about the future of the pandemic. We are not sure when things will feel normal. However, you can be sure about the faithfulness of God. You can be sure that He will never leave or forsake you. And you can be sure of a future of everlasting life. The hope of the believer rests in the faithfulness of a merciful God. This world is not without trouble. Fortunately, we are not without a comforter. As you begin your February, recall the faithfulness of God and the blessings of His promises. In Him, there is great joy.
